How our abrasive blasting service works
- Depending on the surface, we directly apply a high-speed stream of abrasive material using compressed air, liquid, steam, centrifugal wheels or paddles, to clean, abrade or etch a surface.
- To choose the correct approach, our in-house NACE and SSPC inspectors will first assess the structure to be treated before every job.
- Always mindful of work health and safety practices, our team are trained on all technical and safety aspects of abrasive blasting processes.
- We’re fully equipped with all the tools and equipment needed to ensure we complete the job without extra hire costs. This includes scaffolding and abseiling equipment for hard-to-reach jobs.
- Work can either be done on at open sites or, using complete encapsulation, we’ll carry out our abrasive blasting service at your premises. This method helps contains airborne contaminants, noise and other potentially hazardous particulate matter produced during the process.
